I like to DCA (Dollar Cost Average) Down on trades more than cut losses in meme coins. That means I'm increasing my bid size and willing to lose more rather than save first.
Example: On a coin that is down 50% if there is a chance of a 50% retrace that would still leave me below my current average entry since I am down 50%. So instead I buy into the coin where I feel like the bottom is.. Get a lower average entry price since I am able to buy more tokens for less money. Then sell out at maybe a 5-20% gain on coins i think will not do more price action anymore. This is hella risky since some of these coins may never recover but if it cost avg me out to less money loss or small profit I'm ok with this risk personally.
I entered this coin for example above and quickly I accidentally put too much in for the size and trading traction of this coin and I was about to tackle this long as guide. So not a great time to kep my eye on it. So I then decided to DCA down in real time and sell so I can focus.
